Through our program you will learn how to engage in this evolving green job movement, and ultimately, how to create a sustainable career.

Our Sustainable Career Advice Program is designed to bring clarity to this conversation and get you on the path to building a sustainable career. The mission of this program is to teach you what we know and to set you on your way with better understanding and greater focus and skills. Mark and Eric work collaboratively, and many times together on the same call, to teach you in a few sessions (1-4):

What a green job really is and how do you fit into the green job market;
What skills do you already have and which ones will you need to acquire to successfully market yourself;
How to integrate your green career vision and skills into your job search materials, interview conversation, and job search strategy;
How to build a Sustainable Career Lifecycle Model™ that helps get you on track to help you survive the next economic downturn.

If you continue with us, each subsequent session will be unique and interactive - the key attribute of this learning model.

Session One - a powerful 60-minute session with the following goals: assess your understanding of green jobs in general; your fit therein; and your job search and job survival skills. Take-aways will include better understanding of where you stand, ideas for next steps and tasks with which you can run.

		Eric Crawford leads the Greenman Alliance. Eric wants to leave the world better than he found it, and he has lived and worked with these values in practice for the last 30 years. In this incarnation, Eric has assembled a team of human resources and green professionals, whom by the nature of their creativity, environmental consciousness, and industry depth deliver meaningful, pragmatic solutions.
		Eric holds a graduate degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University - Chicago. He and his family own land outside of Madrid in a small mountain village, and are planning an off-grid, sustainable home there for their future.
		Mark Gragg is the Director of Recruiting for the Greenman Alliance. Mark brings over 10 years of experience in the executive search business to the Greenman Alliance; with the majority of his career spent in private equity, building talent and human capital strategy for portfolio holdings as well as creating and growing his own human capital companies. Mark is a recognized commentator on green employment issues and trends by national network television as well as many new media outlets. Hence, Mark and his team are in the middle of the green jobs conversation in the U.S. Mark has been a member of Clean Water Action in Texas for over a decade, participates in local green organizations, and chooses organic and local foods for his family. Mark holds a degree in Political Science from Centenary College and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University in New Orleans and resides in Fort Worth, Texas.
