Do you understand what green jobs are and where you fit?
Are you trying to integrate your personal green beliefs into your career?
As industries and companies are greening themselves, are you positioned to be a meaningful contributor?
We will help you answer these questions. The Greenman Alliance helps individuals and companies build sustainability into their employment thinking and practices. We know that the term "green jobs" is overused and poorly-defined, and we believe that green jobs go beyond building wind farms and installing solar panels. Through our program you will learn how to engage in this evolving green job movement, and ultimately, how to create a sustainable career.
If you continue with us, each subsequent session will be unique and interactive - the key attribute of this learning model.
Session One - a powerful 60-minute session with the following goals: assess your understanding of green jobs in general; your fit therein; and your job search and job survival skills. Take-aways will include better understanding of where you stand, ideas for next steps and tasks with which you can run.
